I CREATE A 4 WEEK PROGRAM WITH EXERCISES 5 DAYS A WEEK IN AN ORGANIZED SETTING IN WHICH CLIENTS CAN DO THEIR WORKOUT ROUTINE IN 45 MINUTES.
